Reminders that reach you, and a far shorter road from spreadsheet to phone

Reminders finally notify you (Premium and Pro) Set a service interval and Provauto tells you before it comes due, on your phone, whether or not the app is open. Anything already overdue is gathered into a single morning summary rather than a pile of alerts.
Send an import straight to your phone (Pro) Build your import on a laptop and send it to the app -- no file to email yourself, no cable, nothing to move by hand. Downloading the file still works exactly as before.
Imports keep your own categories (Pro) Your category names survive the trip instead of arriving uncategorised, and the app shows you which ones are new before anything is written.
Know when sync stops working (Premium and Pro) If changes stop reaching the cloud, Provauto says so instead of quietly falling behind. Being offline is no longer mistaken for a problem, and nothing you have recorded is discarded while you wait to reconnect.
A tidier Settings screen Grouped into a handful of sections you can take in at a glance, with the state you care about still visible without opening anything.

Stability and diagnostics

Fewer surprises Fixed a handful of issues that could interrupt you mid-edit, and made the app much better at telling us when something goes wrong so it can be fixed faster.

Faster, simpler sign-in

Sign in with Apple and Google One tap to sign in, with no password to create or remember. Existing accounts keep working.
Under-the-hood upgrades Sync is quicker and steadier, especially on slower connections.

Portfolio analytics and a category overhaul

Portfolio dashboard (Pro) See every vehicle you own side by side -- what each has cost you and what is due next.
Purchase date Record when you bought a vehicle, so cost-per-year and ownership length are actually right.
Category overhaul Clearer service and expense categories, so entries land where you would expect to find them.
Better analytics More useful breakdowns of where the money goes.

Fuel and expense tracking Log fill-ups and running costs alongside the work you have done.
Maintenance reminders (Premium and Pro) Set a service interval by time or mileage and track what is coming due.
